My fitness journey began through sports when I was a kid.  Being the smallest athlete on the field, I always felt I had to prove myself and work twice as hard just to compete.  The work ethic and determination that was instilled early on, laid the foundation for my own fitness training today.

As I continue my journey to push myself to new limits, I also do the same for the members at APF Fitness.  I will be there to direct you though safe, effective, and fun workouts; encourage you to strive for more, and dig deeper when you feel there is nothing left. There is no greater feeling than seeing the progress from  our members who put forth effort to change their lives through fitness.  Helping others achieve their goals is what drives me today to learn more, train harder, and become a better trainer everyday.



I am thrilled to be part of the APF Fitness Family and working with a team of talented personable trainers who care about promoting fitness through great customized group workouts.  It is because of my personal experience with these trainers, the members and the classes that compelled me to be part of APF.  I look forward to leveraging my background of over 20 years in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to promote the health of fitness to our community.  I also have a goal to work on fitness certifications in the near term to add to my involvement with APF!

APF has allowed me to keep my fitness routines motivating and never are two workouts the same with these trainers.  My main fitness activity is long distance running and the classes at APF are not only great workouts in themselves but complement nicely with my running passion.  The boot camp classes have toned my core along with leaning out other muscle groups. My endurance has increased along with my strength and power, enabling me to hit my PEAK Performance!
